Payment Policy

All payments are non-refundable.
If full prepayment is not made at the time of booking, the remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours prior to arrival at the drop zone.
For bookings confirmed within 72 hours of arrival, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Credit card payments processed via the secure link below will not attract credit card surcharges.
Cash payments are not accepted at the drop zone.

You can make a credit card payment via this secure link any time you like.
Enter the payment amount due, your full name and Reservation Number as your reference – this is very important as it ensures your payment is applied correctly to your booking.
Your Reservation Number and payment amount due can be found on your confirmation email
Once payment is approved, an email receipt will be sent to you (this may be sent the following day if making a payment outside of business hours)
