Getting there
Smack bang in the middle of Stuart Park, 100 metres from the sand. Our Skydive Sydney-Wollongong headquarters is perfectly positioned for both convenience and scenery. No matter where you’re joining us from, you’ll find this drop zone without much of a fuss and enjoy the multitude of things to do in our beautiful, bustling neighbourhood.
In summer, however, it can get pretty crazy close to the beach, and parking can get very busy! We recommend catching the train to North Wollongong station, where you can get your steps up with a breezy 15-minute walk, or grab a 5-minute Uber to take you directly to the drop zone.
Got spectators or other mates jumping with you? You should try and carpool where possible! Parking can be difficult in this area, especially during summer & on weekends, so we recommend allowing extra travel time to ensure you’re not late for check-in.
We currently offer a free transfer option from Sydney’s CBD. This transfer MUST be booked in advance.
Pick up point is Ultimate Travel – 806 George St, NSW 2000 . Please wait at the bus zone & arrive ten minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time (6:50am for 7:00am pickup).
Passengers will need to allow the entire day as all passengers on the transfer must jump before the bus returns. We will provide an estimated time of departure when confirming your booking.
From Sydney, you can reach us in about an hour. As you approach, you’ll see Stuart Park on the left. Continue along until you find the car park next to the Skydive Sydney-Wollongong HQ. From Canberra, you’ll be driving for approximately 2.5 hours with plenty of charming country scenery to keep you entertained. Rather kick your feet up? There’s a direct and regular train from Sydney CBD to North Wollongong station. From North Wollongong station, it’s a short 15-minute walk along Virginia Street to our beachside drop zone. Taxis and Ubers are also readily available.
No matter which neck of the woods you’re heading in from, we suggest making the most of your time here in the heart of Wollongong. Let your nervous system settle with a stroll through the Wollongong Botanic Gardens or keep the adrenaline pumping with some cocktails at Pepe’s on the Beach. Overnight visits can be catered for by the local Novotel Northbeach or Sage Wollongong, or for something more special lean on Airbnb for a vibrant beach pad.

An incredibly wonderful experience! I jumped on a cloudy day with intermittent showers which delayed our jump but everything was handled with care and with our safety in mind. My instructor, Charly, was fantastic, he was professional, really fun and genuinely cared.
I was so nervous about this whole experience but all the staff were wonderful. They made me feel as comfortable as I could be before being thrown out of a perfectly good plane. I loved it and I will definitely do it again! Thanks team!
I did a first time tandem skydive with these guys yesterday and I would 100% recommend them. It was a perfect sunny bank holiday and even though it was incredibly busy, we were totally taken care of the whole way through. This was an incredible experience!
Jumped today and had a great time. Cormac was the guy I was strapped to, he made me feel safe the whole time but yet put a few spins in there. I've done a handful of jumps and this was the best, Cormac understood how much thrill I needed.
This experience was AMAZING! I had always said I'd never be able to skydive but I bit the bullet and decided to give it a go and I am SO glad I did!
