Drop into the dreamy port city of Newcastle from up to 15,000 feet above the ground. An overdose of adrenaline, you’ll freefall for around 60 heart-racing seconds at about 200kms an hour, before floating under your canopy for 5-7 minutes. From the clouds to the coastline, you’ll never, ever want this experience to end.

Getting there
You’ll find our Newcastle dropzone at Belmont Airport, nesting between Blacksmiths Beach, Lake Entrance and Lake Macquarie. We’re 30 minutes south of Newcastle CBD and 2 hours north of Sydney. A few trusty whispers from Google Maps and you’ll be with us, getting ready to tumble out of our plane.
We currently offer a free transfer option from Sydney’s CBD every day of the week. This transfer MUST be booked in advance.
Pick up point is Ultimate Travel – 806 George St, NSW 2000. Please arrive ten minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time (7:20am for 7:30am pickup).
Passengers will need to allow the entire day as all passengers on the transfer must jump before the bus returns. We will provide an estimated time of departure when confirming your booking.
From Sydney, you’ll find us just under 2 hours from the city. Or from Newcastle, it’s a short 30-minute drive south along the coast. Type “Lake Macquarie Airport” into your navigator and you’ll be able to drive yourself without a fuss. Alternatively, you can take public transport from Sydney CBD. Jump on the Central Coast and Newcastle train line and then hop on the 349 or 350 bus from Newcastle station for the 1-hour ride that drops you just out front of Belmont Airport.
If you’re venturing in from out of town, you might want to make the most of your time in this ever-blossoming town. Newcastle’s pubs and bars are ripe for the picking, the perfect carry on from your freefall high. Accommodation wise, you’ll find everything from a cheap and cheerful YHA to fancy digs like Brunswick Mews (perfect for those dropping a knee post skydive). A couple of cocktails at Coal and Cedar should round off your day nicely.
